Since January 2023, my staff has assisted over 4,000 Coastal Virginians with casework, resulting in nearly $6 million being returned to VA-02 residents!
If you can’t get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, my office may be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need. While I cannot override the decisions made by a federal agency, my staff and I can often intervene on a constituent’s behalf to get answers to their questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape. To fill out a case request online, please fill out this form.
My staff will also periodically host mobile office hours across the Second District, to better assist constituents navigate the Federal Government! No RSVP is required to attend these events. Please call Congresswoman Kiggans’ District office at (757) 364-7650 with any questions.
