Help With a Federal Agency

If you can’t get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, my office may be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need.

SCHEDULE A TOUR

Request tickets and tours for various Washington D.C. destinations. All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis so request tickets early.

MOBILE OFFICE HOURS

My staff will periodically host mobile office hours across the Second District, to better assist constituents navigate the Federal Government! No RSVP is required to attend these events.

SERVICE ACADEMY NOMINATIONS

The honor of attending a service academy comes with the obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation.

GRANT APPLICANTS

Guidance and key resources to help eligible grant seekers find information on federal grants, loans, and nonfinancial assistance for projects, as well as on private funding.

INTERNSHIPS

To apply for an internship in either my Washington, D.C. or Virginia Beach office. A cover letter and resume are required!

REQUEST A MEETING

Request a meeting or a visit to a business, school or event. Due to the hectic Congressional schedule, I cannot grant all requests but will do my very best to say yes to as many as I can!

CONGRESSIONAL APP CHALLENGE

The Congressional App Challenge is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the STEM talent across the nation, as well as in our Congressional District. Each participating Member of Congress will name a winner to represent their district.

CONGRESSIONAL ART COMPETITION

Each spring, a nation-wide high school arts competition is sponsored by the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. The Artistic Discovery Contest is an opportunity to recognize and encourage the artistic talent in the nation, as well as in our Congressional District.
