Community Project Funding

CPF Supplemental Form

Our submission portal for Fiscal Year 2026 Community Project Funding is now open. You can find the link to submit your requests here. Deadline to submit is April 14th at 5pm.

A few notes on how this process works:

  • The CPF process allows Members of Congress to specifically designate a limited number of projects for funding through a small and select list of existing programs. A list of eligible accounts for FY25 (last year) can be found here. Please note that these accounts are subject to change for FY26.
  • It is also important to note that projects submitted by Members of Congress are not guaranteed to be funded – they must be approved by the Appropriations Committee and included as part of an Appropriations bill that is signed into law.

When considering projects to request through our office, it is required that you review the CPF guidance provided by the Appropriations Committee which highlights what kinds of projects are eligible and which accounts they might be eligible under. We cannot submit requests that are ineligible under this guidance. General guidance for Community Project Funding can be found HERE. Please refer to the Appropriations Committee website for subcommittee specific guidance as it becomes available.

Please note that Members must adhere to the highest level of scrutiny when evaluating project requests and that we cannot guarantee requests will be fulfilled. House guidelines mandate all requests to the Appropriations Committee be made public. This information will include, but is not limited to: the applicant’s name(s), organization, project title and status, and requested funding amount. In order to thoroughly evaluate applications, my staff will request financial information pertaining to the project and the applicant’s organization. If a request is fulfilled within a signed Appropriations bill, applicants must still adhere to all program and application guidelines to receive project funding.
